Handgun Instructor  Certification Course

Overview: The Combative Firearms Training, LLC Handgun Instructor Certification Course exposes students to a variety of techniques, tactics, teaching methodologies, and technical knowledge to develop the instructor skills required to effectively perform their role as a handgun instructor. Students are taught the duties and 
responsibilities of law enforcement firearms instructors, classroom instructional methods, instructional leadership, how to effectively teach firearm skills, and how to develop dynamic and practical range training relevant to their agency's needs. Drills on the range enforce instructor skills in the areas of coaching, range procedures, range commands, range safety, and training culture. Most importantly, students will learn how to effectively diagnose and coach shooters.
