This session provides leaders with practical tools to strengthen agency wellness, resiliency, and retention through effective use of Peer Support and Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Attendees will learn how leadership-driven support reduces stress-related impacts, decreases PTSD prevalence, removes stigma around mental health, and builds a healthier, more resilient workforce.
