Daniel Brown has 34 years of government experience in a variety of settings. Daniel currently serves as a Senior Law Enforcement Risk Management Consultant for Citycounty Insurance Services and is also a contracted Law Enforcement Expert Witness for Evidence Solutions Incorporated. Daniel previously served as a city manager in eastern Oregon and is a retired chief of police from Arizona with over 22 years of law enforcement experience.
Daniel has a BS in Education as well as a Master of Administration in Public Management, both from Northern Arizona University. He is a veteran of both the U.S. Marine Corps and the Army National Guard of Arizona. Daniel is a graduate of the 267th Session of the prestigious FBI National Academy. He is a seasoned law enforcement instructor and frequent presenter for organizations such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police and has presented to the United Nations in Vienna. Daniel has served on several executive boards, including the Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police, and is a founding member of the Arizona Law Enforcement Accreditation Program.
